Doxtor
The Doxtor scooter is specifically developed for racing with dogs, meaning fast riding in terrain. Over time, athletes without dogs who wanted more than riding on asphalt also started using our scooters.
The frame is made from aluminum 7020 and heat-treated twice in a furnace for increased rigidity (designation AL 7020 T6). The construction was carefully designed and tested so the frame does not twist in demanding terrain. Most scooters have a welded rear structure and front frame tube. Even though it is not visible at first glance, when you push a scooter to its limits in terrain, it twists at these points. In corners it becomes unstable and the frame is prone to cracking.
In contrast, the Doxtor frame is welded to form a unified beam, uninterrupted by welds, equipped with bottom reinforcements that strengthen the frame and protect it from stone damage.
