1. General Provisions

2. Orders

DOXTOR scooters are handmade to order. Delivery time is usually 2-6 weeks from order confirmation and payment.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT. Payment by bank transfer or cash on pickup.

4. Shipping

Shipping via courier across EU. Personal pickup possible by appointment. See Shipping and Payment.

5. Returns

14-day return policy per EU regulations. Custom-made scooters may be exempt per §1837 of Czech Civil Code. Contact us at tobiasek@doxtor.cz.
